These popular and powerful peer group coaching sessions were in response to members’ interest in accessing an antidote that provides relief from the growing and unchecked dis-ease of “busyness”, currently prevailing in the workplace with “no time to think”. And so SIBL’s online Oasis café was created to provide the space and environment for executives to find some “me time” and engage in facilitated confidential peer group discussions

Busy executives participating at this second session are in the safe and experienced hands of Lance Ramsay, London based SIBL non-exec.  He is the founder and MD of Complex-Grey Ltd which offers a range of corporate services including executive coaching, performance improvement including black belt lean systems, and mediation and negotiating skills training. Lance was previously with Transport for London (TfL) for 16 years. He retired relatively recently as General Manager of the Bakerloo line with 700 employees and with 112m customers per annum.,
