The principles of and background to DECAF are outlined in Event # 1 and # 2 above.
We all recognise that the rapidly changing business world is throwing up a continuous number of complex opportunities and threats such that it would be unrealistic for any leader in isolation to be expected to come up with ideal solutions or new ideas on demand .and isolation.  Issues may be wicked problems.
