Conscious Leadership in a time of extraordinary challenges and changes

Background

Are you leading your life, and Are you leading your life and therefore leading others from the ‘outside in’ or from ‘inside out?’

Authentic leaders are seldom s the spotlight of fame. They are unknown servants who quietly help others and show others the way by others and show others the way by their action, attitude and presence.

Mike explores some practical  insights on conscious leadership
from “insideout” that may be necessary to navigate and thrive world characterized by Volatile , Uncertainty,  Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA.) During the afternoon workshop Mike will offer some ideas and then invite you to join in the exploration during three conversations.

Workshop Outcomes

  1.  Real leadership occurs as a process of liberation.
Everyone has the potential to be a leader in the context of relationships.
But what is stopping the potential to flourish?
  2. Building our capacity to see and understand what’s really going on.
How are we to see with greater clarity and make decisions of greater quality in a world of incredible complexity and volatility?
  3. Leadership requires spiritual intelligence (SQ) to be fully effective.
Being consciously aware of our self as spirit is the foundation of SQ.
But, it may require some sacrifices and renunciation that may not be what you think.
