Guest Speaker: Osbert Lancaster

“Can it get any more Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA)? Recession looms, living costs keep rising, energy and food supplies uncertain, Ukraine war continues, growing inequality, political polarisation, nature is in crisis and exceeding the 1.5ºC climate target seems inevitable.
Effective sustainability initiatives are needed in every organisation now more than ever – yet for organisations, staff and stakeholders’ other priorities compete for resources, time, and attention.
In this workshop we will explore how each of us can build support for sustainability initiatives in our organisations, maximise the initiatives’ effectiveness – and perhaps even put sustainability at the heart of organisational innovation, renewal, and survival.
Expect stimulating insights, reflective conversations, and practical inspiration”
